The Work

Cabinet installation: kitchens, baths, and built-ins, including custom plywood cabinetry
Trim and finish carpentry: crown moulding, panels, fillers, scribes, and other finish details
Cabinet refacing: laminate and veneer application, new doors, drawer fronts, and hardware

Requirements

Your own general liability insurance (certificate provided before work begins)
Workers' compensation coverage for any employees or helpers you bring on the job (certificate provided before work begins)
Your own tools and equipment
Your own reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license
Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration, or willingness to obtain one before starting

Kitchen Solvers of Coastal Connecticut is a locally-owned and locally-operated location of the established national Kitchen Solvers brand, a kitchen and bathroom remodeling franchise that has been in business since 1982. As part of this collaborative network of owner-operated locations, we share in a huge knowledge base of expertise in kitchen design and installation. We have exclusive relationships with a variety of high quality cabinet manufacturers. We build our own Kitchen Solvers brand of custom plywood cabinets and do extensive customization of work in most of our projects. Our clients consistently appreciate our attention to detail and the way we manage the project with extensive communication from start to finish.

Compensation: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour

Kitchen Solvers is a kitchen remodeling franchise that specializes in cabinet refacing, full kitchen remodels, some bathroom remodels (depending on location), countertops, flooring, backsplashes, storage solutions and more. We’ve been around since 1982, but we’re far from vintage! With our innovative technology, top-of-the-line products and tools, and efficient processes, we take the stress and mess out of renovations. We’re passionate about creating stunning spaces and providing a pleasant remodeling experience from the first consultation, through the design and product selection phase, and finally the installation.
